Notes to the rental rateò
Weekly stays: Arrival on Saturday afternoons between 16.00 - 19.00 and departure on Saturday morning by 10.00.
An advance of rent of 150,00 euro per week secures the booking.
The balance, plus a returnable deposit of 150,00 euro to cover breakage or extra cleaning, is required 2 weeks before the start date.
We don't accept credit cards. No smoking. We don't accept animal.

Prices include the use of water, gas and electricity, plus bed, bathroom and kitchen linen. (The linen will be changed weekly). The apartment is throughly cleaned when the guests leave. In the winter season the central heating is 20,00 euro per flat a day...
